Your safety and wellbeing during our online classes and coaching sessions is paramount and it is essential that you practice only when you are fit and healthy to do so. During classes and sessions Kristen McGarrity and any other Kristen McGarrity Ltd. instructors will provide you with exercises suitable for your body and skills but it is your responsibility to be aware of your physical limitations and agree not to exceed them. We have no liability for any damages, loss or injury suffered by you or any third party as a result of your participation in our classes. 

 

Advice and instruction throughout classes and coaching sessions cannot be substituted by that of a medical organisation and we cannot give you medical advice or diagnosis. All suggestions and comments relating to exercises and instruction should only be actioned at your discretion with the understanding that myself or another instructor is giving you the information based on their qualifications and professional years of experience. Nothing contained in this website should be construed as any form of medical advice or diagnosis. If you have any specific questions or concerns about any medical matter, you should consult your doctor or healthcare provider as soon as possible. If you think you may be suffering from any medical condition, you should seek immediate medical attention.

 

You understand that it is your responsibility to judge your physical and mental capabilities for such activities. It is your responsibility to ensure that by participating in online classes and coaching sessions with Kristen or another instructor, you will not exceed your limits. You understand that coaches will suggest physical adjustments and it is your sole responsibility to determine if any such suggested adjustment is appropriate for your level of ability and physical and mental condition. You expressly waive and release any claim that you may have at any time, for injury of any kind against Kristen McGarrity or any person or entity involved with Kristen McGarrity Ltd. 

 

You acknowledge that any form of exercise contains a degree of risk. With repetition of movement, you might experience moderate discomfort or fatigue in the muscles that are being worked. If you experience pain at any point in the lesson, you must inform us and stop dancing immediately.
