Adult Beginner’s Ballet
Whether you are brand new to port de bras and pliés or you currently take adult ballet and want a clear, steady paced fun class, you are welcome! I will help you build the foundations of a classical technique in the structure of a traditional ballet class starting with barre work then moving into centre practice. In a warm and friendly environment you will learn and progress your ballet vocabulary whilst gaining strength, muscle tone and increasing your flexibility. Holistic Pro Ballet
Welcoming all professional dancers to a holistic class that focuses on connectedness and the increase of focus and flow in your practice. I aim to facilitate a safe and open space for you to hone your craft in the way you want, knowing your body best, whilst providing you with a well structured ‘at home’ class and a second pair of eyes to offer constructive guidance and support. Energising Meditative Stretch
I practice mindfulness and meditation daily and am an accredited teacher. I use this alongside my study of psychology & experience as a professional dancer to offer classes that incorporate breath work and visualisation, helping you to rebalance and focus your attention. We will use moments of stillness and meditative movement that take us into gentle stretches, easing muscle tension and stiffness, and improving flexibility.
