Based in Glasgow, Scotland, Kristen trained at The Royal Ballet School before touring the world with Birmingham Royal Ballet. She have over 16 years of professional experience working in film and theatre. Kristen is currently a freelance performing artist, movement & rehearsal director and coach.

Staging & Movement Direction

I love facilitating an energising and empowering workspace. I place importance on the wellbeing of everyone in the studio, providing clear communication and lending an eye for detail. From classical and neo classical works to pedestrian movement, I have experience staging and directing rehearsals for The Royal Ballet, Bayerisches Staatsballett and Joffrey Ballet, have worked with A list actors and world class dancers alongside Directors such as Richard Curtis and Joe Johnston, and have created movement for music artists & music videos. I am combining my experiences on stage and in the studio with my psychology degree, RBS teaching diploma and meditation and mindfulness teaching accreditation.
